Sold So Many vs Vitals
These two are not competing for the same job, and a comparison that pretended otherwise would be a sales page rather than a comparison. Vitals is an all-in-one: reviews, bundles, heatmaps and forty-odd tools on one bill. Sold So Many does one thing — it prints proof, read from the store's own orders and traffic, on the product itself. The useful question is not which is better; it is which job you actually have.

Where Vitals is the right choice
If your problem is that you have no reviews, Vitals is aimed at you, and Sold So Many will not help. Reviews, photo reviews, review migration, heatmaps and bundles in one subscription is a great deal of work for one bill, and 2,991 reviews say a lot of merchants agree. Pick it when the missing thing is content your customers write.
Where Sold So Many is the right choice
If you have the orders and nobody can see them, that is a different problem, and it is the one this app was built for. Vitals sells you a suite; this sells you a sentence printed next to the buy button — "23 sold today", "14 viewing now", "8 in cart right now" — computed from your own store, in seventeen shopper languages, with a free tier that is not a trial. Nothing in it needs a decision from you about what the number should say.
Where the two agree
Both install from the Shopify App Store. Both let you start without paying. Both are fighting the same enemy, which is a product page that gives a shopper no reason to believe anyone else has ever bought the thing.
How to check any of this yourself
Every Vitals row above was read from apps.shopify.com/vitals on 16 October 2026, and the snapshot is committed at tools/compare-facts/vitals.md in this site's repository — prices and ratings move, so re-read the listing rather than trusting this page a year from now. node tools/store-listing.mjs vitals prints the same facts again.
